Please note all dates are tentative, we will announce our season once all the details are finalized. Registration opens March 1, 2026!

Showcase Camp - June 14th 3-7pm, June 15th-18th 9am-3pm

We kick off summer with a week for students who have entering 3rd-9th grade.  All week the campers will move through a schedule that offers small group learning, 1:1 coaching, and putting on a showcase!

The performance for this camp will be Thursday June 18th at 6pm.

Elementary Camp, June 22-26 

9am-12pm (1st-2nd) and 9am-3pm (3rd-5th).

This camp will work to put on an original show they will share with their family and friends at the Friday evening performance!

The performance for this camp will be Friday June 26th at 6pm.

BREAK June 29-July 3

TBD July 6-10

We are still exploring options for these two weeks. If interest is high enough, we will offer additional camps in Hastings. We are excited to be exploring additional programming in other communities around the metro!

Middle School Camp July 12-17

9am-3pm for 5th-9th graders (camp begins on Sunday from 3pm-7pm). 

The performance for this camp will be Friday July 17th at 2:30pm & 6pm.

SPIRAL Theater Camps Summer 2022: Our Beginning

    In partnership with Hastings Community Education and Black Dirt Theater, SPIRAL Launched three camps over four weeks in the summer of 2022. Two of our camps were offered for campers in grades K-3 and our “big” camp was for campers in grades 4-9. We were thrilled to get to work with 60 campers in our inaugural summer!

    Every camp ended with a tour day! We believe in creating art we can share so each camp performed their shows around the Hastings community - Pleasant Hill Library, Oak Ridge Assisted Living, and for Kids’ Campus on the HMS stage.

    SPIRAL is led by young adults who have a passion for the theater arts! SPIRAL is dedicated to not only provide theater arts experiences for our campers, but to empower and grow theater arts leaders in our staff!
